The International Summer School for German language, culture and business has become a top choice for students from all over the world who seek an authentic and invaluable international atmosphere. The programme is designed to provide an unique blend of real immersion within the local culture and truly global experience by learning and sharing within a diverse international student group.
The International Summer School offers different German language courses – basic, intermediate and advanced level – as well as intensive courses in special fields.
An attractive activities and excursion programme provides students with ample opportunities to discover the local culture and to meet and socialize with people from around the world.

All participants receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the course. Last registration date for all course offers:
After a successful course participation the Hochschule Bremen awards at least 4 credit points (ECTS - European Credit transfer system) for each course.

Let’s go to Berlin!
If you always wanted get to know Berlin - the capital and the cultural and political centre of Germany - then join us on a three-day tour to Berlin.
We exclusively offer this journey to our participants following the courses in July and August. A discovery tour especially for young people including all the highlights you must see.

- after ending of the July course on the 29.7.2010 at 9 a.m.
- after ending of the August course on the 26.8.2010 at 9 a.m.

Registration can be made online, by mail or fax.
The application documents you will find here or in the respective course description.
Fees are listed in the table above.
Summer School fee includes registration fee, teaching material made available, seminars and the supervision of participants during the complete duration of the summer school session. All participants will get Internet access as well as their own e-mail account. Purchase of literature can lead to additional costs.
Registration is carried out by:
- Filling out and mailing the online registration
- Transfer the respected course fee in EURO
- For the Berlin trip: transfer of the travel expenses in EURO
- By mail sending a copy of the bank transfer statement with two (2) photos (passport size)
After receiving all documents we will confirm your booking. Please note: There are two possibilities for the payment of the course fee/Berlin trip/: 1) Payment by bank transfer Remitting in EURO chargeable to our account:
